If you see the “Leadspedia” logo next to a lead in Ringy, that means it is a returnable lead. You can click the arrow to the left of the lead to find the return to leadspedia button.

What does “Incentivized” mean?

Incentivized lead generation is the practice of offering a reward in exchange for fulfilling a call to action (filling out a form online). These rewards can be material items or opportunities, such as money or free insurance. It’s important to mark these leads incentivized so we can catch lead vendors that are sending these type of leads and stop them from making their way into your CRM.

Do I need to be added to “The Company” in Ringy for dispo data or returns?

As of 5/14/24 disposition data will be collected via lead status groups. If you have already matched all of your disposition tags to a Lead Status Group by following the instructions above, then you no longer need to be connected to the company in ringy. Once you complete these steps you can go to your “My Company” page on Ringy and remove yourself from the company. This will remove the old region disposition tags from your account as well.

  • Disposition Data will now be tracked via Lead Status Groups. Once you have completed the intructions for automating these, you can remove yourself from the company in ringy in order to remove the region disposition tags from your account.

  • You ma have noticed the new Leadspedia logo that is showing up on each lead in your Ringy. Starting June 1st, the leadspedia logo will only show up on leads that are eligable to return.

  • Why? For seamless reporting. Home office recently created a “Leads Analysis Dashboard” in order for us to determine which campaigns and vendors are the best performing. This dashboard is currently showing us which leads were sold by matching policy holder name to agent name who bought the lead. This is a good method, but it is not 100% accurate because of variations in the source data (agent name, lead email, etc). In order to improve the accuracy of these reports we need consistant data points, so Ringy has creted a place for you to integrate your Leadsmall ID. This will allow us to match your sales and disposition reporting to you, which will provide us with some very powerful, much needed lead insight tools to optimize your lead buying!
